Content standards

The non-negotiable rules every CreatorOS workspace runs on.

  • The virtual persona is always a clearly adult character, age 25+.
  • No copying, imitating, cloning or creating lookalikes of real people or existing influencers.
  • No content involving minors or age-ambiguous presentation. Ever.
  • No nudity, explicit sexual content, pornography, fetish content, sexual-gratification framing, or sexualised body emphasis.
  • The persona is a transparent virtual creator: “AI-created, human-directed.”
  • Every realistic AI-generated visual or voice asset carries a disclosure status and a recommended platform disclosure.
  • Sponsored posts and affiliate promotions always carry an explicit commercial disclosure.
  • No follower buying, bots, engagement pods, fake testimonials, impersonation, spam comments, spam DMs, deceptive giveaways, or platform-policy evasion.
  • CreatorOS never posts directly to a social platform in v1 — publishing is export, checklist and manual confirmation only.

These standards are enforced inside the product: content that is missing required AI or commercial disclosures, uses a persona under 25, or carries a restricted-content tag is blocked from being marked ready to publish. None of this is legal advice — always check the current rules of each platform and your local advertising regulator.
